This Refund Policy explains how NET Success handles refunds, cancellations, payment issues, and delivery-related concerns for digital educational resources purchased through https://netsuccess.in.
1. Digital Products
NET Success provides digital revision ebooks in PDF format for UGC NET preparation. All products are delivered electronically to the registered email address. No physical products are shipped.
As digital files can be downloaded and retained after delivery, different refund conditions apply compared with physical products.
2. General Refund Policy
Once an ebook has been successfully delivered or access has been provided, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or covered by the circumstances described below.
Refunds are not ordinarily provided for changes of mind or non-use after successful delivery. However, genuine payment errors, defective files, and delivery issues will be reviewed fairly.
This policy does not limit any consumer rights provided under applicable law.
3. Ebook Delivery Issues
Purchased ebooks are sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If you do not receive your ebook:
- Check your Inbox, Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
- Verify that the registered email address is correct.
- Contact support@netsuccess.in if the issue continues.
If an incorrect email address was entered, our team may verify your purchase before correcting the details or resending the ebook.
If a genuine delivery failure cannot be resolved, an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required, will be considered.
4. Duplicate, Failed, or Pending Payments
NET Success uses Razorpay for secure online payment processing.
If you experience a duplicate charge, incorrect deduction, failed payment, or pending transaction, contact support@netsuccess.in with your order ID or transaction reference.
Verified duplicate or erroneous payments will be corrected or refunded as appropriate. Failed or pending transactions will be handled according to their verified status and applicable payment procedures.
Never share OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, banking passwords, or complete card details.
5. Corrupted or Incorrect Ebook
If your purchased ebook is corrupted, inaccessible, incomplete, or different from the product ordered due to an error on our part, please contact our support team.
We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing the correct PDF, a replacement file, or technical assistance.
If the problem cannot be reasonably resolved, a refund or other appropriate remedy will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
Purchasing the wrong ebook by mistake does not automatically qualify for a refund after successful delivery.
6. Lifetime Ebook Access
NET Success provides lifetime access to purchased ebooks after a one-time payment.
Students may download, save, and use their purchased PDFs for personal educational purposes. We recommend keeping a copy for future reference.
If you lose your ebook or delivery email, contact support@netsuccess.in. Purchase verification may be required before the file is resent.
Lifetime access does not automatically include future editions or separately released products unless specifically mentioned.
7. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be considered before an ebook has been delivered or access has been provided.
Once delivery is completed, cancellations and change-of-mind refunds are generally not available, except where required by applicable law or covered under this policy.

8. Refund Review and Processing
Refund requests are assessed based on payment status, delivery confirmation, technical issues, transaction errors, and applicable consumer protection requirements.
To request a review, email support@netsuccess.in with your registered email address, order ID or transaction reference, and a brief explanation.
Approved refunds are ordinarily processed through Razorpay to the original payment method, where supported. The time taken for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and bank.
Refund approval is subject to review, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
